We are on a mission to OpenSource Everything!
Recently, we have been focusing on the software side of that initiative. But I mean it when I say we need to OpenSource EVERYTHING. Our Domesteading project is an effort to OpenSource Home.
We have been building up the vision for years.
The latest iteration of our designs is a Studio layout.
This design has the widest range of applications. It is perfect for getting Land Regeneration Pioneers (homesteaders, village builders, retreat centers) started with a balance of affordability, speed, and comfort.
We are on some land, the spot is ready, and we have about half of the tools and materials that we need.
Now it is time to engage our community and get it built!
To do that, we have launched a Kickstarter!
This project is not just a cool home for our family. It is a learning journey for all of us. It is a test bed for more SolarPunk architecture experiments. It is a seed of Regeneration that will give us the stability and opportunities to help build the Ark, lifting us all out of the rising tide of C@pItali$m!
For those of you who are local or can make the trip to the Ozarks, we would love to have you join us for a workshop or a stay in the dome for a night or two!
If you are unable to participate in person, we still welcome your support. For $7, you can join the mailing list to receive updates on our progress and get early access to the OpenSource Blueprints. If you don’t mind waiting a little longer for updates and our public release of the plans — or simply believe in our vision, just $3 from each of our subscribers would get this built!
I understand being tight on money. If you’re currently running on empty — a like on this post, a re-stack, or sharing our Kickstarter link with someone you think might like it — would be incredibly helpful. We are not spending any money on marketing and are relying on the Regenerative Web Mycelium to help get this in front of the right people.
Gratitude
We are so thankful for all of our subscribers. Your belief in what we’re doing keeps us going, even when the fears and doubts try to sneak in. Knowing that over 10k people believe in the better world we are trying to build is wonderfully encouraging.
In service to God, The Regennaisance, and OpenSourcing Everything!
